Returns

Due to the nature of the product being food, we are unable to accept returns, change of mind or dislike of product as a return of order.

In the vary rare cases that a product is lost in transit or damaged we will lodge an Australia Post claim and on the outcome of the claim we will send a replacement.

In hotter months all chocolate items are shipped with extra procautions and we can not be held responsible for items melting in transit. We highly recomend that Express Post is chosen at check out for orders containing chocolate items in hotter months to reduce time in transit.
